- Standard orders: 1–3 business days
- Peak season (Nov 15 – Dec 25): Add 1–3 extra days
- All Over Print (AOP) items: 5–7 business days, plus 2–5 extra days during peak season
- Mixed-style or multi-color orders: May require an additional 1–2 business days
Note: Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

- Times above are averages under normal conditions for urban areas. Rural or remote areas may take 1–4 extra days.
- Final delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- During high-demand seasons, deliveries may take longer.
- Customs may delay international orders. We guarantee delivery within 30 days from shipment for all destinations.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Claims
- Delays may happen due to customs, incorrect address, or carrier issues.
- If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Claims submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
