At Nesteehub, your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.


A. When Are You Eligible for a Return or Refund?

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a faulty or incorrect product
    If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • You received the wrong size
    If the size delivered doesn’t match what you ordered, you’re eligible for a return or refund. Let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Delivery was significantly delayed
    If your order arrives more than 30 days later than expected, you’re entitled to a return or refund. Reach out within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

B. What Is Not Covered?

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
    We don’t offer returns for preferences like disliking the fabric or color.
  • Incorrect shipping details
    Orders lost due to wrong addresses provided by customers cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Order mistakes by customer
    If you chose the wrong product, size, or color, or return items without contacting us, the request will be denied.
  • Late modification or cancellation
    Our production is automated, so:
    • For 2D apparel, you have 12 hours after ordering to request a change or cancellation.
    • For 3D products, you have 6 hours.Address updates can be made within 48 hours, but not for expedited orders or orders that have already shipped.

C. How to Start a Return or Refund

    Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Wait for instructions
    Our support team will guide you through the return or refund process.

D. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for any returns.


E. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our responsibility: If we sent the wrong or defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Customer responsibility: If the return is due to your error (wrong size, change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

F. Replacement or Refund Options

  • Replacement: If your requested item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refund: If you request a refund (or the item is out of stock), we’ll process it after receiving and reviewing the return.

G. Processing Time

Processing times vary based on shipping carrier and location, but we’ll do our best to handle your return or refund as quickly as possible.
